At trinmama, every product is custom-made just for you. Because your items are produced on demand, please allow adequate production and shipping time. This policy works in conjunction with our Return Policy and Refund Policy.
We ship to most countries worldwide. Shipping times and costs vary by destination and shipping method selected at checkout.
Since all products are made to order, production begins after your order is confirmed:
Production time is separate from shipping time. Your estimated delivery date at checkout includes both production and shipping.
Note: Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Factors such as customs processing, weather, carrier delays, and holidays may affect actual delivery dates.

We offer free standard shipping on orders over $50 to the US. Free shipping promotions may change and are subject to the terms displayed at checkout.
Shipping fees for international orders include carrier charges only. Import duties, taxes, and customs fees are the responsibility of the recipient (see Section 7).

You may see the following statuses for your order:
You can request changes to your order (design, shipping address) only while the status is "Pending Production". Once production begins, no changes can be made.
Import Duties and Taxes:
Customs Delays: International shipments may be delayed by customs processing. These delays are beyond our control and are not grounds for refund or replacement. Please allow additional time for international deliveries.
Undeliverable Packages: If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, refusal to pay customs fees, or repeated failed delivery attempts, we will notify you. Reshipping will incur additional shipping charges.
If your tracking shows "delivered" but you have not received your package:
If your package appears to be lost in transit (no tracking update for 15+ business days), please contact us and we will investigate with the carrier. A replacement or refund will be offered if the package is confirmed lost.
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at the time of purchase. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
